April 1 - 6 April, 2003

The EuroCouncil will first be held in Brussels, from Tuesday afternoon 1st of April  till
Thursday 3rd of April. We will then all move to Bruges to continue the sessions there through
Sunday 6th of April.

To get there from Brussels International Airport take a taxi (cost+/-35 Euros) or the train shuttle to Brussels Central Station (every 30 minutes: cost=2,50 Euros) From the Central Station it is a 10 minutes
 walk to the NOVOTEL BRUSSELS CENTRE HOTEL, right in the historic centre of Brussels,
 near the Grand'Place, the Bourse and the famous "Galeries".
